Happy New Year’s!
I’m writing this blog entry on my new Sharp Zaurus :). It’s sweet. I’m sure that if you see me often, I’ll show it to you. I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable New Year’s celebration. Mine was a lot of fun.
New Year’s Eve started looking like I wasn’t going to be doing anything interesting. I was going to be spending the night with my parents. Now, I don’t have anything against my parents, but I’m sick and tired of being home. One week is plenty time to visit and catch up on the semester missed. Too many days off make for boredom. I’m so ready for everyone to go back to Bloomington and see all my friends (especially Erin :)).
On a related sidenote, I’m heading down there tomorrow to take care of some business.
Last night I trekked to Pittsboro (for those of you who are not familiar with central IN, I went northwest of Naptown) to hang out with some of the people I work with all summer. We ate, then took Jessi back to the party that she was at before dinner, and then went to see Die Another Day. Good movie, total guy flik.
Jessi’s dad is the Aquatic Director at camp. She didn’t tell him what she was doing. He was at the party when she returned. He was “as mad as he could be” at her. We left quickly. Steve was following us on the interstate on the way to Avon. We were afraid for our lives. That’s the end of my story. I found five dollars. (That’s for you Luke). 🙂
That’s my New Year’s story, and all I’ve got for now.
Quote of the day “He godda way” — Deer hunter game at Laser Lite in Bloomington (and a running joke with Chris, John and me)
Second quote of the day “Red light, Green light. Reminds me of a game, what’s it called?” — Luke “Red Light, Green Light” — Me (while driving through Avon)
